Our 2026 program is finalised, with a truly show-stopping entertainment line-up on our AT&E Entertainment Stage, a series of activities to release your inner child at our GMCU Kids’ Corner and truly flavoursome and thoughtful palette-teasers being plated up in our Producer’s Kitchen HUNT, GATHER, COOK stage.

We work tirelessly to bring you a unique, authentic and memorable Tastes experience and 2026 will deliver just that.

Food

Producer’s Kitchen
Learn how to use unique regional produce in your home kitchen. Join Michael Dunne who’ll lead you through his HUNT, GATHER, COOK masterclass!

Local produce vendors
Enjoy a feast of cheese, meats, olive oil and more from local farms. Explore vendors.

Food vans and eateries
Indulge in delicious ready-to-eat food, hot coffee and more. Explore vendors.

Wine

Sip and sample wine, beer and spirits

You don’t get to be the oldest continuously producing wine region in Victoria without knowing a thing or two about making a good drop. With the diversity that comes from both cool and moderate climates, Goulburn Valley wines boast an incredible range of styles and flavours, from bold and rich reds to fresh and complex whites.

And the tastings don’t stop at wine! Refreshing craft brews, unique botanical gins, and ciders made with the state’s very best apples and pears round out the wide range of regional offerings available for you to sample, sip, try and buy at Tastes of the Goulburn. Explore vendors.
